The business

[PLACEHOLDER] TEAMSolutions Group is a Melbourne-based AI and automation company. We build commercial AI platforms — Symphony for enterprise sales, Phoenix for outplacement and HR — and deliver bespoke AI advisory and automation work for ambitious organisations who want to do more with the people they already have.

[PLACEHOLDER] We're small on purpose. The work that matters in AI right now requires people who can hold the strategy, the build, and the change-management together in one head. That's the team we are.

Rick van Driel

[PLACEHOLDER] TEAMSolutions Group is led by Rick van Driel. Rick has spent decades in enterprise B2B sales — selling, leading sales teams, and developing the buyer-orchestration methodology that now sits at the heart of Symphony.

[PLACEHOLDER] Before that, Rick served in the Australian Army, where he learned what disciplined teams under pressure actually look like and how much of the work is invisible to the people receiving the outcome.

[PLACEHOLDER] He now spends his time building AI products and advising leaders who are making serious bets on the next generation of automation.

The thesis behind the business

[PLACEHOLDER] We believe the businesses that win this decade will not be the ones that cut headcount fastest. They'll be the ones whose people, augmented by AI, simply become harder to compete with — more accurate, more responsive, more thoughtful, and operating at a tempo their competitors can't match.

[PLACEHOLDER] That belief is why every product we build, every engagement we take on, and every piece of advice we give starts from the same question: how do we make the people you've already hired better at the work they were hired to do?

What we value

Four things, non-negotiable.

Build, don't pontificate

[PLACEHOLDER] We're a builder's shop. Every recommendation we make is one we've shipped, broken, fixed, and learned from in production.

Amplify, don't replace

[PLACEHOLDER] We don't take work that's about quietly cutting people. We take work that's about making the people there sharper.

Honest before optimistic

[PLACEHOLDER] If a thing won't work or shouldn't be built, we'll say so before the SOW is signed. It's cheaper for everyone.

Taste matters

[PLACEHOLDER] How a product feels, how a deck reads, how a workflow lands — taste is a signal of seriousness. We sweat it.
